My working assumption is that Metallica would like to exit its position but would like to do so after financing etc. has been secured and they can make some money on the deal.  Given that has not yet happened, they need to extend the original supplementary prospectus. You could take that as positive - i.e. looks like funding will proceed but on the new timeline (which we knew by now anyway) or negative - another reminder of the delay to funding. I'm upbeat about it - looks like things are progressing in an orderly fashion.
