Chotto has it pretty much spot on. Mettalica are essentially considered the same as a sophisticated investor 708 and because they can't / not part of a cleansing prospectus the original prospectus was open for 12 months therefore re-issue of a supplemental prospectus. The requirement that is to issue first second third prospectus supplemental to the original is pure and simple a compliance issue and price sensitive only because it has prospectus in it.

Lastly then don't have to disclose when they are selling. As they got them for 10c each I believe they want the share price significantly higher than what it is so they would not have traded.
