I agree - would be nice to know the purchaser (s)... ~4.4% of business if it went into one pair of hands... not enough for a substantial holder notice.... unless they are already on the registry and pushes them over

Perhaps they are playing on the knowledge that Iberdola will want to get over 50% and expect (like we do) another increase in an effort to get across the line... recent increases would suggest another 2cents would be likely...

1 cent profit on 40million shares would be nice in my bank account for shure!
