Interesting to note that in the Second Supplementary Target's Statement the following comment was made.
"two of Tietto’s major shareholders, holding in aggregate 18.72%1 of Tietto, have confirmed to Tietto that they do not intend to accept Zhaojin’s Offer at the Offer price of A$0.58 cash per Tietto share in respect of the Tietto shares they own or control."
In the third Supplementary Target's Statement no comment is made about the intentions of these major shareholders.
