re: Ann: Third Supplementary Target's Sta... A well written statement. Probably the best thing I've read from MAK in this battle, kudos to Lawrenson for the change in tone. I don't think it will be long before UCL change their bid, i would expect very shortly after their Takeover Panel review hearing. We can then see how it will play out but by the tone here UCL will have achieved one objective of ensuring MAK don't launch another aggressive move against them - at least without strong backing. I'd estimate a month or so to go in this.
