re: Ann: MAK: Third Supplementary Target'... A further article here (published yesterday) may indicate the pace of enrichment at Fordow is now so great (as is the lack of cooperation over access to Parchin: a building there has been covered with a tent to obscure the clean-up efforts?) that Israel really has nothing to lose by attacking in the coming months (it saves Netanyahu's face, it forces America to join in and it delays Iran's plans?): there is reason then to hope for value back from Mehdiabad from regime change, and it is plain stupid exchanging it for an asset that requires money to be put into (and worse, that requires us to suffer further dilution and a two-year wait) to bring it to the same stage of development as Mehdiabad. David Blair's point (previous analysis posted, also published yesterday) that an Israeli attack will bring about the very thing Israel doesn't want is wrong because the Iranian leadership is going ahead as fast as possible on acquiring the nuclear know-how anyway (see the numbers of new centrifuges installed at Fordow in article below). The quantities of 20% enriched uranium being produced and now far exceeding the amount needed for making radio isotopes for medical purposes, the high cost of the sanctions suffered and the refusal to grant interview access to key nuclear staff are all testament to Iran's aims regardless of what Israel does to it. Israel has nothing to lose by attacking?
