Ann: Third Supplementary Target's Statement, page-23

Pirates must be worried!
Just had a phone call from someone (can't recall the name) doing a survey who asked me if I had received the third supplementary statement and was I going to accept JBL's offer. When I told him it was laughable he said it was the best offer available and I would be able to trade JBL shares at which I said, again, that that was even more laughable. He then said he would report back to the directors that I was not going to take up the offer.
Just how much money are they throwing at this to get it across the line????????
