Another day, another complaint lodged about the pirates - this time with the Australian Information Commissioner.

The first question the form asks is whether you have contacted the company and given them 30 days to respond, and if not, then why not?
I think everyone here knows that JBL, BHD and HML all have a reputation for ignoring communications from shareholders. Also, given the time sensitive nature of this issue it's not appropriate to wait 30 days for a response.
