agree… its funny how when potentia made their first bid, nitro board said “its too heavily discounted against SP 12 months ago”… then when alludo make an i itial bid which wasn’t much higher, nitro board said “its much higher than SP a month ago”. Why does the narrative change so heavily despite both offers being unimpressive. I seriously hope this saga gains more media attention as there needs to be more of a spotlight on the board here.
