By nature of the fact that Emr owns circa 80% of Bullzeye, any fundraising will be funded 80% by EMR, EMR are loaning Bullzeye money and then mostly funding the repayment. Any one that doesn’t take up an offer by EMR to buy their shares, an offer that has been going on for over 6 months now, one has to assume they are in it for the long haul and are either happy to participate in further fundraising or happy to be diluted. There is no squeeze. They can sell, participate in further fundraising and retain their shareholding or not participate and have holding % reduced.
