I guess the issues holding back the SP at this stage has nothing to do with the numbers. They need to put money on the table for shareholders, and not worry about their own pockets at this stage. Be it buyback dividends or management buying on market. It doesn't matter really but they have show commitment though cold hard cash, not more talk.
