A company representative who is tasked with managing the company social media & complaints cannot reasonably be expected to answer market sensitive questions. That would be illegal & not what I believe is in the intended spirit of Neil's role. When did a hc forum replace going directly to a company for investor questions? Nothing stopping anyone from relaying company responses to the forum as a courtesy. Please don't think I'm saying your not allowed to be upset..Only that many of the questions asked on repeat can never be answered in any way other than an official company announcement via the ASX platform.
