1. Arenewal of EL 7301 has been lodged with the Department of Natural Resources,Mines and Energy, together with a transfer of EL 7301 from Volcan AustraliaCorporation Pty Ltd to QBL. Thesedocuments are still beingprocessed as at the date of this Prospectus, however the Directors do notconsider there to be any reasonwhy such renewal and transfer would not be granted.
And alsonote that there is a $20,000 Encumbrances / Dealings.

(a) Active exploration permits: The Company’s mining division holds active
explorationlicences in Queensland (EPM 18463 and MDL 2004) and New
SouthWales (EL 7301) which form the cornerstone of its South Johnstone
andNew England bauxite projects.
(b) Mining Lease application: The Company works towards satisfying
requirementsto make application for a mining lease (ML) over its Camp
Creek JORCResource.
