Is it right that at this stage we are still able to meet the April 30 relisting date as mentioned in this latest prospectus if things go well with the ASX next week?
I know its a big IF but until that window closes things are still on track for April 30 relisting imo
The CR staying open isnt a problem as its an ASX requirement and can close/change at anytime under the rules.
And im as confused/worried as well .. lets get the notice and have it overwhelmingly voted yes and get trading so that those that want out can go and those that want to get in join the party. Let the market decide. Im confident if we have some decent hemp revenue this will be the next Australian EXL and watch it fly imo
