We need 28 days notice of a shareholder meeting as a publicly listed company to pass the proposed resolution relating to the capital raise & Biohealth.
I believe this strategic vote would come under the category of an ordinary resolution where the above mentioned rules apply.
The 30th of April would be cutting it fine.
Here's to hoping they call the meeting sooner rather than later.
