    I am not surprised. I think they pretty much have to start over and resubmit their new business proposal to ASX for approval
    then
    release a presentation of new business model
    then
    organise an EGM and send out postal vote forms
    then
    correlate votes and release results
    then
    then
    then.....

    Could take a while....
