Its all a scheme from the beginning. James Gong was never serious about making this company big. He just wanted a quick retirement payout with the help of Bergen.
Lots of Bergen ASX invested company has experienced similar scenario to Halo in the past.
Someone on hotcopper predicted this around the time of the Omniblend acquisition. Funny enough it got moderated at the time and I was suprised because it shouldn't have been moderated in the first place.
Now, looking back it all makes sense.
