    Online sales is down because you keep offering 90% off on products during sales.

    Offering this amount of discount is brand suicide.

    No one would buy at normal price because they feel ripped off when they see 90% off during sale times.

    And offering lifetime membership for a few $100 is also ludicrous.

    how the hell is management getting $1 for these stupid decision making let alone the six figures salary.
