I would think that money to pay any salary would come from seed capital and flow-through funds raised in Canada, independent of NVA capital. That funding will ultimately form part of the capital structure for Snow Lake.
As for the IPO - I think it is better for it to be delayed until market conditions are better. I would prefer a delayed IPO that is successful.
