Unfortunately it’s difficult to give a precise timeframe for something like approval of a prospectus.
They might have a good timeframe themselves for completion of the documents but putting a firm number on time for review / approval by a regulator is difficult.
Government agencies (anywhere) can be notoriously slow.
MCT have been working on their IPO since 28 March 2018. 12 months!
It’s been 8 months for NVA and at least the prospectus is being finalised.
Delays for both largely due to market conditions end of last year.
