Yes they're on a roll now.

They have tested the water (law) in this country and found they can do what ever the hell they like.

No one in a relevant position of authority, government or otherwise is looking out for shareholders (or Australia's natural resources) when it counts and so this is the result.

We (the shareholders) have not been advised of, or asked to vote on anything to do with this Thomson Resources JV with Compass.

We are being treated with complete disregard. Makes you wonder how the vote for the DOCA variation will be orchestrated. You know. That?s where shareholders are supposed to vote on giving Toll and YA Global 95% of our company and all its assets, after all that has transpired. And just as the Oxide Plant is about to go back into production after the previous construction screw ups have been rectified. How's that for timing...

Our chairman and his board and management didn?t do their job properly and YA Global (aka Cornell Capital) mercilessly and relentlessly dumped millions of shares on market which drove the share price down. Interesting how these actions and the subsequent (voluntary) administration have now put them in a position of significant advantage.

And don't forget the JV with HNC is still in place where HNC will fund the multi-billion dollar sulphide project.

Why would anyone with any self respect now reward them for this and vote to give them 95% of the company that we have supported and financed all these years, leaving us with virtually nothing.

I suggest you bombard Ferrier Hodgson with emails and ask them what is going on.
