excluding the time it takes to get mining permits etc (which im thinking will be stream lined and fast tracked in order to secure energy security in the states anyway) How long on average is the construction period from decision to mine to sales surly it a much quicker start up time than open pit or UG.
Any one got any experience in holding ISR operation through that development stage
