I don’t know it as fact but I’m 100% sure it will be happening. It is in the Centrepay terms. Will have a look when I’m not on my mobile but it says that if any of the facts about your application changes, we revoke/reassess your application. A fact has changed which is breaching the law.
That’s off the top of my head last time I saw it.
