I think the Business Finance Division may be worth something .
COG willing to pay well over book value for it in Sept 2019 and as at 30 Sept 2020 there is $52.9M in provisions on it.
How do minority shareholders know if the amount of provisions is fair or OVERSTATED ?
Is there likely to be a reduction in provisions as the economy improves ?
I support Grimloq's suggestion to sell the Business Finance Division to the highest bidder whether that is Somers, COG or someone else.
I voted FOR all resolutions at the EGM.
