    I don't think this really moves the dial for AGE, certainly not in the immediate term. Probably an opportunistic transaction in the long run - note the need for a $450k payment for working capital if AGE decide to stop funding ECL. Will certainly look good in time if AGE stay in it and copper runs this decade.
