The 2 really shouldn't be compared.. If we talk comparative value for projects sold that are clay Vs projects sold that are hard rock... The winner is clearly LTR. FYI these depth of mines are normal for lithium hard rock and LTR 2nd project Buldania is being drilled currently and is a shallow much lower cost project than KV.
Big Sandy currently isnt as big, but lets say its approx half the size of Sonoro, it values the land un-developed at approx 40 million AUD minimum. That is the lowest number I'd expect to see. So based off this we;ve got plenty of growth to come. Ganfeng also got a ridiculously cheap deal.. I'd expect a better deal.
Ganfeng’s AUD 26 million strategic investment will boost Bacanora’s finance package for the development of its Sonora lithium clay project in Mexico, which is forecast to produce an initial 17,500 tonnes per year of lithium carbonate. Sonora has an estimated measured and indicated mineral resource of over 5 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent and additional inferred resources of 3.7 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent.
Numbers are from @rjohnson1234 HWK targeting 242m tonnes to 418m tonnes. So @1500ppm that's a range in LCE of 1.93m tonnes to 3.33m tonnes. Based on drilling ann's so far, this total is likely to increase. .
HWK advantage is it's a much lower market cap to grow from. It is currently a bargain at close to CR prices... I expect a 30-50million MC sometime in the next few months ahead to reflect the current land value at a minimum.
