This company ownership is quite unique hardly 8~9 % institutional SH 45~50% is owned within company and rest all by retail. Now as this offer is completely underwritten if not got minimum subscription then Underwriter + institutional SH will own over 30% many small share packet will be bought back. After CR is done this will be entirely new company with fresh energy and new company fundamentals, Vivid contract, US entry, new cash injection... I wish underwriter should come in. IMO DYOR
