What an absolute farce! The ruin good tech starting 36months ago. They then garner wages for 24months whilst doing nothing. They try to make new tech which does nothing. They give no fux about shareholders and have this thing delisted so we can't even sell our junk stock to anyone.
Now they put together this convoluted sale agreement, to themselves... And just say... "we don't care about any shareholder. And running a business. We just going to look to sell everything" for pennies on the dollar I'm sure...
And somehow they will get nice payout bonuses no doubt. These crooks.
I hope we get back door re listed by a fintech company.. At least our stock would be worth something again.
This BoD should be investigated for mismanagement.
