When I talked to Chris last week he mentioned (and I asked twice) that there wont be an early takeover, both parties don't want it. THD wants to build the business up first and they don't want to give it away to early. For instance, they are probably valuing its potential in billions whereas MSFT may value it in 100's on millions. Another thing Chris mentioned was that MSFT have changed in tack compared to how they use to buy companies out, now they wait until after the tech is validated most times and would rather pay overs. So according to him there will be no takeover anytime soon from MSFT. However there still may a change of a left field takeover apart from them, however as Chris mentioned, THD don't want it.
