Thred owns AR tech.
Management created savvy. Savvy will buy 80% of AR tech.
AR tech will push money into sweep by selling shares to third party investors.
We start out with only20% or AR tech as savvy (management) just bought 80% for about 700k. Then AR start selling shares to third parties. = dilution?
If I didn't get that right please go into specifics??
