Ok my take on the Ann

1. Thred sells sweep ip to AR tech for $550k + $170k for reimbursement
2. Project savvy ( company formed by Paul Willey, Robyn foyster) will aquire 80% of AR tech leaving 20% equity stake to thred
3. Thred will have 3-4 million dollars cash after transaction and no financial burden for ongoing funding for sweep

Thred is undergoing a whole new company transformation
Thred had the opportunity to bring a unified social media platform to the market but has failed
Thred had the opportunity to bring geochats to the market but has failed
The board members have extensive experience in the mining sector....
We also have Jason Peterson, directors, Ananda all buying more shares
Will there be some sort of project acquisition on the cards?
If the board has decided to sell sweep, can we say they can’t see this new Ar Sweep app going anywhere?
The company THRED has a stigma attached
It’s time for a new direction but firstly Thred needs to provide us with a shareholder update on what new prospects they will pursue before we can decide on the vote
I am all for it as I feel Sweep has had its opportunity and it has failed miserably
