this is what I originally understood. but when Gman stated that ProjectS is subsidiary I again read it. checked ASIC websits for PeojectS not having new ABN or ACN as Independent company.
there is one more possibilities to keep hands on Asset and have no liability of expenses. free up MT time and concentrate on new avenue.
