I couldn't find diddly squat on savvy either. I think your right that they are just an arm of thred.
It's such dodgy wording in the announcement, I'm hoping the details in the voting pack will be better.
I believe it said the 20%or art has to be no less than 300k. I would be surprised if they are selling a portion of thred to someone other than an investor? I don't think they will bring skills or IP of any kind. Just a bucket of money for AR to spend.
Anyway let's see what we get next. Hopefully a more thorough announcement.
I'm a bit happier with hamish' explanation however I'd still like more facts from thd.
