after looking into Imagine room declaration...20% not making any sense.

80 % of ART + Sweep IP is equal to 550 k. is not making sense. besides knowing Key Idea holdings used to have 20% of old Capital structure.

I think Thd still kept 80%(more then 71% to keep control) and allowed Imagine room to have 2nd partner for no less then 300 k(can fuel 1 Quarter expenses atleast). don't forget 550 k Thd is getting from new Imagine room now in 3 seperate payments.

this is what Thd is good at. either no news or news with confusions so old SH sell out cheaper then .004 C

all this to devalue SP so small retail investors make small losses and sellout then whole ownership structure is changed.

if Celtic wants there money back they have to bring SP over .004. wait and get out with profit or at money.
