mgt aren’t god - they can’t control when silver price goes into a bull market or bear
remember how many people incl investment banks said gold was going to 2300 last aug?
but that’s always how the yank ib’s operate - they talk up big gold/silver targets just as they plan to smash the comex
to them gold is a bet against the USD - they do a lot to try to discourage it
