there's no way there won't be a CR there's not enough cash in the bank to support the drilling program they want and keep the lights on. they've dragged their feet that I'm doubtful they will meet their timelines despite what they are saying.
Still waiting do this lease agreement with the facility provider. been almost two months now right since they said it was a few weeks away back in April
