I agree, the gross margin dropping has meant that the increase in revenue did not help TZL become profitable. I noticed that Morgan's is forecasting the gross margin to be 46% in FY17, rising to 53% in FY18. Hopefully their forecast for FY17 is too low. It appears as though it will be difficult for them to make a profit if their gross margin stays below 50%.
