This is huge - with only 346M shares on issue it equates in very simple terms to $1.85 per SFX share.
Looks like no additional equity going to be required by SFX now that Eneabba and McCalls have been sold.
Given that Strandline (STA) are on a market cap of $450m compared to SFX at $160m implies multiples of upside for SFX in the very near term.
