the fact that SFX have issued GR Engineering with a Notice to Proceed allowing them to mobilise to site in April and commence work is a very strong indication that Bruce Griffin/SFX/KMS are very confident that NAIF/Debt finance is a formality.
Who would have ever expected a 30% increase in NPV from $980M to $1.28B in this cost environment - incredible!!
