Based on the presentation slide you have provided, the pre-production buffer nominally sits within the $20.4m listed as Working Capital - Indicative provision during start-up & commissioning.
This $20.4m is a buffer (contingency if you like but poorly described on the presentation slide) and in addition to the pre-prod costs represented in the Stage 1 Upfront Capex (of $361m) in the lines labeled EPCM, Commissioning & Indirects of $49.9m and some of the items contained above Owners Costs (Ops Readiness, G&A and first fills. Site Prep, Mining Services Mobillisation) totalling $106.8m
As @AX-E stated in post above, to try reconcile to the dollar the latest ASX release to these original presentation slides will prove difficult.
