Couldn't agree more. The ilmenite whilst no irrelevant it is all about the zircon.
The only thing I would add is the deposit will most likely have a 50-60 year mine once it is close to depletion.
A minelife like that makes even a $500million capex increasingly less relevent.
Sheffield should have little issue getting funding, however what they need to do is get to the point where they are included in the cartel Rio and Iluka are running without being taken out before than can extract the true value of yhe deposit for shareholders.
Still honestly believe SFX will be in a similar relatative position/mkt cap to SYR within 5 years...ie one bohemoth of a operating mine.
