Looks like it is section 7 exempt from anyone at the moment. Minister may issue a licence if one has the right way about it$. It is also part of Victorian gov Stavely project so if there is some action here will be hot property and government will be keen to get its share. Gov are interested in the entire Stavely archive just like CC.
NML still has their eclipse project tightly held although on the back burner which looks like a dead ringer for TG. Very interested in eclipse.
