Interestingly, from a high-level analysis of the drilling report log, you can see the presence of iron and copper-based minerals generally extending the full length of the 900 metre hole. Although, the copper mineralisation may not be in economic quantities to mine it does confirm the drilling program is occurring near a Copper porphyry style mineralisation halo for it to be so large.

The upper levels (0-200 metres) reported chalcocite (CuS2) as the main copper mineral and then a 100 metre disconnect occurs before the copper mineralisation re-appears as chalcopyrite (Cu2Fe2S4) on a continuous basis from 350 metres to 750 metres.

Molybdenite (MoS2) was reported in the upper levels (150-250 metres) but not deeper down.

From 750 metres to end of hole depth they identified zinc mineralisation in the form of sphalerite (ZnS). On going pyrite formation still existed and copper mineralisation was observed to be declining at this depth. Thus highlighting the Cu-Au porphyry system is further away from SMD185 drill position at this depth (750-900 metres).

The presence of gold needs to be determined from pending assay results from the core but could be assumed (IMHO) to occur with chalcopyrite mineralisation.
