they are negotiating JV. That is clear. What that will mean is the other partner will also want Thursday Gossan resource as part of that JV to mitigate risk. If they find a porphyry or yet another Caley Load the TG resource will add great value as it will provide additional tonnages.
I can't see how anyone will accept JV terms without including the TG resource. But on the positive side, SVY will most likely end up with JV and cash injection in order to include TG resource in the JV. That cash can be used to explore other prospects and avoid another CR for few years.
