the resource is still open but who knows how open? It can be 10x open or could be 0.000001x open. They can only go by what they have as JORC resource.
Here on HC we can speculate and turn it to 11.
@Melvx - good question. The answer will lie with the terms of the JV. Cayley Load is not feasible due to it's size and therefore low RRI - at current prices. But as JV sweetener it will be worth lot of money. See my comments further above.
The question is what SVY is going to be able to negotiate. I am sure they will want the best for the shareholders but that may not be possible in an environment where funding is expensive.
