The Company is considering a technical and financial cooperation arrangement with
another listed company to continue the search for the deep Cu-Au porphyry at the
Thursday’s Gossan prospect. Stavely Minerals is convinced that there is a porphyry at
depth responsible for the high-grade Cu-Au-Ag mineralisation of the Cayley Lode.
Investors are advised there is no certainty such a technical and financial cooperation
arrangement will be agreed.
