Agree and a good post. Think people are struggling to value it as they are focusing on the fact that it's just 1 year production and all that cash will be put back into the ground. So you could argue that they're buying time without need for a CR to make a discovery.
I'm focused on exploration and really excited by the prospects. Not sure if everyone appreciates that this is a great LT play with tremendous upside potential. Might drift down even lower over coming weeks but I will definitely keep adding.
