Exactly. This rise may look substantial on paper but it was a 11 million market cap before. They IPO’d at 25c, so its value now is not ridiculous at all (especially given some of the high grade hits on the copper deposits, which will go into the MRE).
Alvo has been very very tightly held at 15-17c. Was almost impossible to get in with any substantial amount. Sprott and Lowell fund also are holders of Alvo and haven’t sold from what I can tell. Lowell was actually buying on market at 17-20c for a while.
Low on cash, but I have seen many a time that sitting on the sides waiting to get in a stock with low cash can end up costing you. I think that’s the case with Alvo. Market wasn’t expecting this at all. Imagine many were sitting on the sides waiting to get some cheap shares post raise.
