thanks i have communicated this to them today. It appears the slide is due to the double hit- the gold price combined with the Ivory coast election is pending in October 31 where there is significant opposition to the existing president trying to rule for a 3rd term(previously not allowed - but he changed the constitution). Hopefully they get a stable result after.
Re resources, theres already JORC of 2mil plus ounces so no real issue there imho.
There is always some uncertainty on elections in African states and some dozen odd deaths have been reported.
