    Looking at Tietto's management team, or lack thereof, can anyone tell me who is Tietto's:
    Mine Manager/Mine engineer.
    Chief mine geologist.
    Plant manager/Head metallurgist

    Seems to be a real lack of senior technical staff. If there using locals for these positions, then look out!
